Healthy salad

You will need:


1 head iceberg lettuce, core removed and chopped

Scallions, chopped

Bread, sliced

Sliced beetroot



Feta cheese chopped into cubes

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Sun dried tomatoes


Place iceberg lettuce into a platter bowel

Add the sundried tomatoes, olives,

Feta cheese cubes, sliced beetroot, tomatoes and chopped scallions into the platter bowel

Put the bread on the plate

Put 2 tablespoon of olive oil into a mini jug

Pour 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar into the jug

Drizzle the dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad
